Acceptable use
Use the site to plan trips, share with friends, and book onward via the partner links. Do not scrape the site in bulk, embed our verification badges on unrelated sites, or copy the verified-property dataset for commercial use without written permission. The verified dataset is the work product behind this site.
Eligibility and your content
Safar is intended for adults: you must be at least 18 to submit content or book through our partner links. When you submit content — such as a guest confirmation or note — you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and grant ElegantMind LLC a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length, and display it on Safar. We may decline or remove any submission. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or not yours to share.
Third-party bookings
We are not the merchant of record. We link out to partner booking sites; the booking, payment, cancellation, and stay are governed by the partner's terms and the property's policies. We have no role in your reservation once you leave the affiliate link.
Limits of our verification
Our verification covers the criteria listed on each property page. Hotels change; certifications expire; staff turn over. While we do our best to keep claims current (cert-expiry checks nightly, guest-confirmation loop ongoing), we cannot guarantee that any specific claim will hold for any specific stay. Always re-confirm critical needs with the property directly if your trip depends on them.
